As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn about various HR functions in a supportive and collaborative environment.Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Management and Technical sourcingSourcing through Job portals and social media.Cold Calling, filtering and scheduling relevant profiles.Generate new leads through existing candidates.Process specific Head Hunting.Following up with vendors to keep the relation going on for the project assignmentsSuperior Communication and Interaction skills.Ability to work remotely and independentlyBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.Experience2 Years of minimum experienceJob Type: Permanent / ContractLocation: Remote
