The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching transportation vehicles, finding loads for trucks and negotiating rates with brokers, provide daily updates to drivers & brokers, Communicate effectively via phone, email, and messaging apps.QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyKnowledge of transportation logistics and routingStrong problem-solving abilitiesNeed 1 year dispatching experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentFluent in English speaking and writingFluent in Hindi & Punjabi.Computer skills (MS Excel, Emails, Dispatching Software, TMS)Available for flexible hours (including weekends if needed)Negotiating SkillsNeed to know how to use DAT or other Load boards for booking loads.
