Our collaborations focus on enhancing customer experiences, refining marketing strategies, and increasing customer loyalty and sales.Compensation: ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA (based on experience and role alignment)About the RoleWe’re looking for a smart, driven, and persuasive Business Development & Partnerships Executive to build high-impact collaborations with CMOs and marketing leaders of consumer brands.Your role is to help brands embed impact into their marketing - through take-back programs, donation-led campaigns, exchange drives, and storytelling that resonates with today’s conscious consumer.Role DescriptionYou’ll lead the charge on new business development, generate qualified leads, pitch creative impact campaigns, and manage accounts - all while working closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to CMOs and marketing decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and industry eventsPitch impact-driven campaigns like take-back programs, DIDO (Deliver In Deliver Out), electronics exchange programs, and moreBuild and maintain a pipeline of high-potential brand partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams to launch and execute campaignsTrack outcomes, share performance updates, and strengthen client relationshipsRequirementsActive and engaging presence on LinkedInStrong communication and storytelling abilitiesExperience in brand partnerships, marketing services, or B2B sales to marketing teamsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targetsBonus: Pre-existing connects in marketing teams of consumer brands
