Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.● System Optimization & Customization: Customize Salesforce using point-and-click tools (e.g., Lightning components, Visualforce, Process Builder, Flow) to meet business requirements.● Data Management: Perform regular data imports, exports, and quality checks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.● Reports & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and optimize custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.● Release & Deployment Management: Support Salesforce release management by evaluating and testing new features, patches, and updates.
