Our key projects include plotted colonies in Sonipat and Rohtak, developed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) — Haryana’s affordable housing scheme — and an upcoming premium shopping mall in Mohali called 9th Avenue Role: Site Engineer – Civil (Kharkhauda Project)We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee and execute day-to-day site operations for our upcoming plotted colony project in Kharkhauda, Haryana. The candidate will be stationed full-time on site and must have prior experience in civil execution, preferably in plotted or township developments. Key Responsibilities:Execute all on-site civil construction work as per project plan, BOQs, and technical drawings.Supervise contractors and labor for daily construction activities including roadwork, drainage, sewer, water supply, plot demarcation, etc.Ensure strict quality control and adherence to design specifications.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for timely material delivery and execution.Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and escalate delays or issues to the Project Manager.Ensure safety compliance and best construction practices are followed at all times.Assist in verifying bills raised by contractors and maintaining site documentation.Work closely with the project billing, quality, and liaison teams to ensure smooth on-site operations.
