Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and engaging online teacher to educate young children in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to make learning fun and interactive for kids aged 4 to 7 years.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and interactive lessons in spoken English, phonics, and foundational language skills.Design lesson plans tailored to young learners, ensuring a mix of learning and fun activities.Encourage participation through games, storytelling, role-play, and visual aids.Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.Manage online classroom tools and ensure smooth operation of virtual sessions.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Prior experience teaching young children, either online or offline.SkillsExcellent command of spoken and written English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and motivate young learners.Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and learning platforms.Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with kids.BenefitsFlexible working hours to suit your schedule.Opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.A rewarding experience of shaping young minds and improving their communication skills.PaymentRs 300–400 per hour
