You’ll be responsible for building data pipelines that connect databases like PostgreSQL or Snowflake to cloud APIs for nonprofit CRM systems like Salesforce and Luminate Online. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate, reliable, and efficient data flow across nonprofit CRM platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop ETL Workflows: Design and optimize ETL processes using DBT, AirFlow, KNIME and Jitterbit to manage data movement from data warehouses to cloud APIs.Salesforce Integration: Implement and manage data integration with Salesforce to ensure seamless data transfer and synchronization.Create KNIME Components: Build custom, reusable KNIME components to integrate data flows with various Cloud Platforms, including Salesforce, Luminate Online, HubSpot, and more.Data Integration to Cloud Platforms: Use Python or KNIME components to build ETL pipelines that push data from PostgreSQL or Snowflake to CRM/eCRM systems via APIs.API Data Management: Oversee API-based data flows, ensuring synchronization and data integrity across cloud systems.Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues within data workflows to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Root Cause Analysis: Proactive identification and resolution of data issues is expected, including independently investigating root causes and implementing long-term solutions.Documentation: Document workflows, data mappings, and integration processes for ongoing support and scalability.Required Skills and Qualifications:ETL & Data Integration Tools: Strong experience with DBT, KNIME, Jitterbit, and Postman.Salesforce Integration: Proven experience in Salesforce API integration.Python Programming: Proficient in Python for ETL scripting and API integration.Database Knowledge: Expertise with PostgreSQL and Snowflake is required. Experience with SQL Server or DB2 is desired.API Proficiency: Experience with API-based data flows for CRM/eCRM systems, especially Salesforce and Luminate Online.Nonprofit CRM Knowledge: Understanding of nonprofit CRM and eCRM platforms like Salesforce, Luminate Online, and Classy.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows. Self-Directed Analysis: Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex data integration problems and proactively drive solutions from concept to implementation.·      Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain API and data integration processes to both technical and non-technical team members.
