We are seeking an experienced IT Manager – Software & Infrastructure to oversee and optimize our IT systems, ensuring seamless integration of software and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT for electronic manufacturing, specifically with SMD (Surface-Mount Device) related software, and the ability to enhance overall IT efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1). Software & System Management:a). Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise software, including SMD-related software for electronic manufacturing. b). Optimize software solutions for better performance, security, and scalability. Evaluate and implement ERP, MES, and PLM systems to improve manufacturing workflows. c). Ensure compliance with software licensing and regulatory standards. d). Manage data security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.2). Hardware & Infrastructure Management:a).Design and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. b). Ensure seamless integration of hardware with manufacturing and business software. c). Evaluate and upgrade IT hardware to enhance efficiency in production processes. d). Manage IT support for production machines, testing equipment, and IoT devices. e). Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect infrastructure.3). IT Strategy & Optimization:a). Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to streamline operations. b). Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-effective IT solutions. c). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT in electronic manufacturing. d). Research and adopt new technologies to improve software/hardware performance.Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degreeinInformation Technology ,Computer Science ,Electronics Engineering , or arelated field .Minimum Work Experience: 5–7 yearsof experience inIT management , with at least2–3 yearsinelectronic manufacturing , specifically involvingSMD-related software and systems .️Key Technical Skills & Knowledge: ERP, MES, and PLM systems(installation, optimization, and integration) SMD-related softwareused in electronic manufacturing Network and server infrastructure management Cybersecurity principlesanddisaster recovery planning IT supportfor production and test equipment, including IoT devicesSoft Skills: Strongproblem-solvingandproject managementskills Ability tocollaborate across departments Strategic thinking forlong-term IT planning
