The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience. He has to manage reatil work in entire bihar with a proper team to ensure proper retailing of products is done in the state. His work will only be to monitor and ensure smooth functioning of the work. The person should be from Bihar only.Qualifications Retail Sales and Sales skills Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in enhancing Customer Experience Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in retail sales management in FMCG sector of Snacks, Namkeen and Chips.
