We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on institutional and corporate sales of geospatial equipment like 3D Laser Scanners, Drones, DGPS and Total Station survey equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of surveying technologies and applications, combined with exceptional sales skills to grow our business across diverse surveying sectors.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for 3D Laser Scanners, Drones, DGPS and Total Station equipment targeting institutional and corporate clients Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at surveying companies, construction firms, government agencies, and educational institutions Identify new market opportunities and expand presence in existing markets Conduct product demonstrations highlighting the technical capabilities and applications of our survey equipment Provide technical consultation to clients regarding appropriate equipment selection based on their specific surveying needs Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions for complex surveying requirements Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging surveying technologies Document client interactions and maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Diploma in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related technical field 3+ years of successful sales experience in Geospatial equipment or related technical products Knowledge of various surveying applications including topographic surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, and GIS data collection Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets Experience with CRM software and sales management tools Willingness to travel regularly to client sites for demonstrations and meetingsPreferred Qualifications Experience or certification in land surveying or geospatial technologies Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other surveying/CAD software Understanding of complementary technologies such as LiDAR, UAV/drone surveying, and 3D laser scanning Prior experience selling to government agencies or large corporate clients Experience in providing technical training or workshops on surveying equipment Benefits Competitive base salary with incentives on sales Professional development opportunities and training Company vehicle or vehicle allowance for client visits Opportunity to work with cutting-edge surveying technologyFor more details and interest kindly contact on rimica@ or 9723454077
