Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with families and students. Customer Support:Address inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. Problem Solving:Navigate complex client scenarios, especially with disengaged or rigid parents, and propose appropriate solutions. Renewals & Upselling:Identify opportunities for service expansion and handle subscription renewals to increase retention. Client Advocacy:Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to enhance service quality. Reporting:Maintain accurate records of interactions and client health metrics using CRM tools.
