This is a specialized functional lead position overseeing approximately 50 HR and analytics professionals spanning multiple delivery locationsResponsibilities- Deep domain knowledge in all Hire to Retire service lines or different HR roles, banking experience & knowledge will be an added advantage - Delivering Value through transformation initiatives, ensuring Zero Surprise operations and Growing business with client - Oversee Workforce implementation (Restructuring) operations across both restructures led and business led programs. - Oversee the team of People analytics experts responsible reporting delivery and advanced analytics + insights for T&C function - Constantly work to find the opportunities to drive value beyond SLA’s and contractual terms – hence be able to drive value share and Transformation opportunity. - Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests. - Drive regular operational governance at Workforce strategy Pillar and line of business level as well as participate in transformation governance - Adhering to client & contract requirements, manage client relationship independently till executive levels - Work with the client organization to ensure common objectives are delivered - Leadership is a key skill required to deliver HRO objectives. - Strong people managementQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications- Lead the complete ambit of outsourced operations for Workforce Strategy and Transformation lines of business (includes Mass Restructuring and People analytics) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for both functional and executives stakeholders - Groom and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve /exceed retention targets and driving continuous upskilling within teams. - Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings - Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda - Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, HR, Service Line, Digital, Transformation, Transitions, etc. - Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios. - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and bring up performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs.
