Our core founding team members are tenured Amazon alumni who have built and scaled multiple billion-dollar businesses.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to optimize our supply chain network and manage the supply functions effectively.Responsibilities:Network Development- Develop and optimize a robust supply chain network to enhance operational efficiency, reduce transit times, and improve overall service quality - Analyze market trends, customer demands, and business objectives to identify opportunities for network expansion and enhancementSupplier Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and partners to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions while maintaining quality and reliabilitySupply Chain Optimization- Streamline supply chain processes and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and improve lead times - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations with other business functionsCost Management- Analyze procurement and logistics costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce operational expenses - Optimize transportation and logistics operations to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising service qualityCompliance and Risk Management- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain activities - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies and contingency plansWhat are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
