Job Description

Responsibilities:-Leadership & Management: Strong team management capabilities, with experience in telesales team to meet performance targets.Sales Expertise: Proven track record in telesales, with experience in driving B2C sales performance, preferably within insurance (health/life/travel) sectors.Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Analytical and proactive in identifying solutions to challenges impacting team performance or operational efficiency.Client Engagement: Strong skills in client relationship management.Communication & Reporting: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and report on key performance indicators to senior management.Performance Calibration: Ability to assess, monitor, and calibrate team performance against targets, offering coaching and support where necessary.Escalation Handling: Experience managing escalations, both internally and with clients, ensuring resolution and maintaining operational stability.Proficient in Systems & Tools: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite to monitor, report, and enhance team performance.Requirements:-Graduation is mandate6 Days working (Rotational Offs)Location: Sector 44 GurugramTeam Size: 80-100 associatesExp.
