Wall Street English is looking for a dynamicProduct Delivery Managerto support our empowered product team in enhancing impactful English language learning solutions and contributing to business success. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking to gain valuable experience in product delivery and contribute to the success of Wall Street English’s mission.Based inChennai , the Product Delivery Manager will manage all activities related to the implementation and delivery of new products, product features, and product enhancements, including release and launch communications, operational and process changes, timelines, and other artefacts required for successful and timely implementation and adoption. This will lead to improvements in productivity, profitability, and business outcomes.What You Will Be DoingYou will work closely with theHead of Productand a multidisciplinary product team consisting of developers and product designers. Your role will involve ownership of planning, communication, and coordination for the implementation and delivery of new product features, tools, and processes to the global network.Your primary measure of success will be the customer and business outcomes enabled by your support. In the areas below, you will:Opportunities : Assist in identifying, organizing, and prioritizing product opportunities based on user input, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback.Delivery : Facilitate collaboration by contributing learnings from the product development cycle and maintaining essential documentation that supports optimization of final products.Planning : Help identify all aspects of delivery and ensure that each development cycle includes the time and resources needed for successful implementation.Collaboration : Promote effective communication among team members. Assist with reporting results, insights, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.Development : Implement best practices in communication, coordination, and planning to support successful delivery.Your ProfileMust Have Proven track record in product delivery, product operations, or a related role. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong skills in gathering and analyzing objectives to inform planning and product execution. Experience with product management, productivity, and communication tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Miro, MS Office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal). A results-driven mindset with the ability to align delivery activities with business objectives.Should Have Solid understanding of product management concepts and delivery processes. Ability to translate data and feedback into actionable insights that support product outcomes. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative, contribute ideas, and improve workflows. Interest in agile methodologies and product development best practices.Nice to Have Basic understanding of learning management systems or digital education platforms. Familiarity with agile and lean methodology.
