About the RoleWe are seekinghigh-performing, locally availableprofessionals for the position ofManager – Sales & Business DevelopmentinAhmedabad . The selected candidates will play a pivotal role indriving business growth, onboarding new clients, and expanding our presencein the assigned territory. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan for Manned Guarding, Facility Management, and Retail Audit/Loss Prevention services. Identify and acquire new B2B clients across sectors such as retail, real estate, industrial, warehousing, and corporate offices. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct meetings, site visits, service demos, and client presentations. Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and profit margins. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service mobilization and delivery. Maintain a strong lead pipeline and provide regular sales performance reports. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback. Who Should Apply?Professionals with5–7 yearsof proven experience inB2B SaleswithinSecurity Services, Facility Management, Staffing and Retail Loss Prevention . Strong network and knowledge of the market inGujarat . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and meet targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
