Position : INTL - India - Informatica Data Engineer Duration : 6-month contract with possible hire Location : Remote (Gurgaon, India) PR : $22-24LPA Start Date : May 30th, 2025Day-to-Day: An employer is seeking an Informatica Data Engineer for a contract to hire role based in Gurgaon, India. This contractor will join a team of engineers and architects to help identify opportunities to leverage company data to drive impactful business outcomes. Main responsibilities include designing and developing data integration workflows and mappings using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and ensuring seamless data movement and transformation. You will collaborate closely with data architects to understand data requirements and align integration solutions with business needs. You will be maintaining and optimizing ETL processes to enhance performance and efficiency. Troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues will be an essential part of your role, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Finally, documenting data integration processes to help maintain clarity, consistency, and scalability in data management workflows to allow for data access for reporting and data science.Desired Skills and Experiences: 3+ years of experience working with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) 2+ years working with Snowflake (preferred) or any cloud-based SQL databases Experience working within an cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) Proven experience with programming languages (Python, Java)Nice to Have: Good communication skills (working cross-functionally and within a team environment) Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
