The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic partnerships, engaging in account management tasks, and driving effective communication with partners. Daily tasks include analyzing partnership performance, identifying growth opportunities, developing and implementing partnership strategies, and ensuring overall partner satisfaction and success.Key Responsibilities:- Onboard and Nurture Partners: Identify, recruit, and onboard new consultants and technology partners. Build long-term relationships to ensure partner success and retention. - Drive Revenue and Pipeline Growth: Collaborate with partners to generate revenue and grow the sales pipeline. Support partners in meeting sales targets and converting leads. - Expand Market Reach: Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand market presence and drive revenue, including geographic and vertical growth. - Maximize Partner Performance: Develop and execute partner engagement plans to boost partner success, satisfaction, and overall performance. - Provide Tools and Support: Equip partners with training, resources, and marketing materials to help them succeed in sales and meet quotas. - Plan and Execute Events: Organize strategic events to bring together industry players, foster collaboration, and generate leads. - Enhance Product Offerings through Tech Partnerships: Collaborate with technology partners to integrate solutions that enhance product offerings and drive innovation.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3-4 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in [industry/sector]. - Proven track record of successfully onboarding, managing, and nurturing consultants and technology partners. - Strong ability to analyze partner performance and optimize partner-driven sales and revenue generation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience with CRM systems, partner management tools, and sales enablement platforms. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Perk and Benefits- 18000-40000 per month + Incentive - 5 Days working week 12 paid leaves and public holidays as per the IT Industry - Frequent training to update knowledge - Team outing, team lunch, festive celebrations and lots of team building activities
