Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Freelancer - Service Now Trainer in Noida.- Deliver comprehensive training on ServiceNow fundamentals, ITIL processes, and ITSM modules. - Training Delivery, Training Material Development. - Guide participants through hands-on exercises, including creating incidents, modifying forms, managing tables, building workflows, and catalog creation. - Facilitate sessions on ServiceNow architecture including client-side and server-side scripting, update sets, import/export operations, and CMDB. - Facilitate towards CSA certification. - Engage trainees with effective presentation skills and foster a collaborative learning environment. - Provide guidance for certification readiness (CSA) and monitor participant assessments.Qualifications- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, scripting ( Glide Record, Business Rules), and Flow Designer. - Familiarity with email notifications, SLA configuration, reporting, dashboards, and security model (ACLs).Strong foundation in ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
