Our goal is to empower students with accurate information and the confidence to make informed choices for a successful international academic experience.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist cum Telecaller – Overseas Education to join our Kochi team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, playing a key part in lead generation and engagement. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments for our experienced counsellors. Your communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly will be crucial in helping students take their first step toward studying abroad.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Communication & Lead Generation:- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Univive’s overseas education services. - Clearly communicate information about study destinations, university partnerships, courses, admission timelines, and the benefits of choosing Univive.Appointment Setting:- Schedule counselling sessions with students and parents, coordinating with the admissions and counselling team to ensure smooth follow-through.Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups:- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to maintain engagement and support the conversion process.CRM & Data Management:- Accurately input, update, and maintain student interaction details and call outcomes in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and reporting.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with counsellors and marketing staff to align calling activities with ongoing campaigns and events such as webinars, seminars, and information sessions.Customer Service:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails. - Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. - Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. - Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.Performance Targets:- Achieve or exceed set daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead conversion benchmarks.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Communications, Education, Marketing, or related areas). - Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or similar roles (experience in the overseas education industry is highly desirable). - Fluent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam preferred). - Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality with a strong customer-oriented approach. - Basic proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM platforms. - Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and respond to customer needs. - Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
