We’re Qurkle. You’ve never heard of us (yet). That’s intentional. To apply:Send us:- Your resume (PDF, please don’t overdo the gradients) - Your portfolio (live links preferred) - Anything else you think makes your caseto admin@We’re building something ambitious — think digital experiences, a fresh take on interaction, and a product where thoughtful design matters more than buzzwords. We’re looking for a full-time designer who can create high-quality interfaces and bring them to life with smooth transitions, interactive mockups, and well-crafted visual assets. This role is equal parts UI/UX, motion, and “you actually make it feel good to use.”What you’ll actually do:- Design beautiful, user-centered interfaces in Figma - Create interactive prototypes and design systems - Use tools like Principle, Framer, or After Effects for animations & transitions - Collaborate to define microinteractions and how it should feel - Create basic assets, illustrations, icons - Occasionally whip up slick video edits, poster designs, and other marketing visuals - Balance aesthetics and usability without losing your mindWhat we’re looking for:- Strong Figma skills, obviously - Bonus: experience with tools like Framer, Principle, After Effects, or Lottie - Comfortable with some level of motion design and video editing (Premiere Pro or similar) - An actual portfolio we can click through and go “whoa” or at least “ok wow” - You can work independently and aren’t afraid to push for better ideas - You’re curious, adaptable, and know when to use a drop shadow (and when to walk away)What you’ll get:- Monthly pay of ₹30,000 INR - Ownership over real product work — not just dribbble fluff - The chance to shape how people experience something brand new - A team that genuinely cares about quality and isn’t trying to copy paste some MVP template from 2017We won’t make you do a design challenge for free. We’ll just look at your work.If we like what we see, we’ll talk. If not, you won’t hear from us. We’re like a bad Tinder date in that way.
