Coordinate with internal design team to ensure timely submission & approval of drawings - V. Coordinate with OMG for timely and satisfactory experience during customer inspections - VI. Ensure post Sales Customer Support & coordination with Customer Care team Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified. - VII. Achieve Customer Satisfaction at every stage of customer experience from Offer Submission to Commissioning - VIII. Nurture CML customers for increased market share in their business Yearly/Monthly Capex & OPEX Budget - IX. Achieve Customer Satisfaction at every stage of customer experience from Offer Submission to Commissioning - X. Achieve Debtor Days Payment collection & Gross Margin targets - XI. Nurture CML customers for increased market share in their business - XII. Team Development - Technical Skills & Soft Skills - XIII.
