We are seeking a skilled Development Lead for a manufacturer in Chennai that offers products and solutions for a strong and sustainable world.In your role as Development Lead - Digital Commerce, you are responsible for full stack development in E-commerce domain• Lead the development, and deployment of a composable e-commerce solution based on commerce tools, utilizing a headless and micro-service architecture.• Oversee the work of a cross-functional development team, including backend, frontend, and integration developers.• Ensure that all development efforts align with business goals and technical requirements, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.• Collaborate closely with Product Management, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.• Mentor and support team members, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative development environment.• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our e-commerce platform and development processes.• Coordinate and manage integrations with third-party services, particularly through the Boomi platform, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
