Shift Timings:Australian Shift - 03:30 AM - 12:30 PM / 6AM - 3PMResponsibilities:Manage the tender response schedule. Identify opportunities to tender for new business/develop existing business and agree with interested parties which tenders to bid for. On receipt of PQQ/tender documents, communicate with the client to identify their requirements/expectations and work with the wider bid team to ensure these are incorporated into the PQQ/tender response. Produce a project plan for the delivery of each tender, ensuring any potential barriers to delivering the tender on time are highlighted to the Marketing Director. Assemble a bid team for each tender, allocating responsibilities and timelines. Lead/manage the team to ensure bids meet client requirements/expectations and are delivered on time. Co-ordinate pricing strategies for tenders with relevant key internal stakeholders Manage input for each bid, ensuring relevance to the tender and that it is pitched at the right level as well as accuracy of company data, policies and procedures. Proof read all tender and related documents submitted to clients/prospective clients to ensure documents are presented professionally and accurately. Support managers in bid presentations by preparing presentations/back up documentation and, where appropriate, presenting to potential clients. Establish an APAC reference library of standard text and polices to be used in bids. Work with sales and marketing to provide and source competitor data/analysis. Report on bid performance and obtain feedback on bid wins and losses. Identify and implement strategies to improve performance. Continually review the format/content of PQQ/Bid documents to improve standards/win rates. Be aware of all new business propositions by developing relationships and having regular communication with employees who have contact with clients/prospective clients. Manage all tenders platforms Work with the global Customer Office/global colleagues to align approach, material and strategy.
