Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating software applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and usability for projects involving products and services developed in React, React Native, Node, Python, AI, and LangGraph. This role involves designing and executing test scenarios, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver flawless software solutions. Key Responsibilities:  Bug Identification and Documentation: Identify, document, and track bugs from a customer perspective, ensuring clear communication with development teams for timely resolution.  Test Case Development: Write comprehensive test cases and scenarios that cover all aspects of the application, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.  Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor the existing testing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  Independent Testing: Utilize judgment to test beyond developer instructions, exploring edge cases and potential failure points to ensure robustness.  Requirement Analysis: Understand and clarify client requirements, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.  Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.  Automation Leadership: Lead the team in transitioning to automation testing, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks, and developing automated test suites to improve efficiency and coverage. Required Skills:  Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on applications developed using React, React Native, Node.js, Python, and AI technologies.  Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and the ability to write tests in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java script.  Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues from a user perspective and anticipating potential pitfalls.  Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and leading testing teams, with the ability to inspire and guide team members towards achieving quality objectives.Preferred Qualifications:  Automation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing automated testing frameworks, with a track record of successfully transitioning manual test processes to automated ones.  Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.  CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
