This is a sales target and incentive-based role, where your earnings grow with your performance. The ideal candidate is not just a seller—but someone who understands products in-depth, builds trust with clients, and converts leads into long-term business.Key Responsibilities: Manage international clients across various platforms like WhatsApp, email, calls, B2B platforms, etc. Communicate confidently even with non-English-speaking clients using translation tools Build strong client relationships by educating them on product quality, usage, and care instead of just pushing for sales Convert high-quality leads into sales by focusing on value, product quality, and relationship-building Handle price negotiations and follow-ups to close deals efficiently Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and sales data List, upload, and manage products across B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Trade India, etc.) Present product details, features, and benefits clearly to help clients make informed decisions Participate in virtual or in-person trade shows, buyer meetings, and exhibitions Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies Ensure smooth onboarding, repeat orders, and after-sales support for B2B clients Build long-term partnerships by offering relevant solutions and honest communication Generate sales reports, maintain a strong pipeline, and meet monthly sales goals Actively look for upselling and cross-selling opportunities without being pushyRequired Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of international B2B sales experience (beauty, lifestyle, or similar industries preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience dealing with clients globally, including those who require translation tools Strong product knowledge approach: You must be able to explain product quality and differences Hands-on experience with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, etc. Marketplace listing and management experience on Alibaba or similar platforms Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Comfortable working across different time zones and managing leads independentlyThis is a sales target–driven role with attractive incentives based on performance.
