This role requires a strong combination of leadership, creative expertise, and strategic thinking to drive impactful campaigns and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing a compelling creative vision for Tattva Creations and its clients.Mentoring a team of designers and creative professionals to produce high-quality, innovative work.Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Present creative concepts to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity, audience engagement, and business objectives.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum10 yearsof work experience in Marketing/ Advertising or Media.Proven experience in a senior creative role within a marketing or design agency.Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, storytelling, and campaign development.Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience in guiding creative teams.Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).In-depth understanding of advertising, branding, and digital media trends.Ability to balance creative vision with business strategy and ROI-driven approaches.Preferred QualificationsExperience in digital marketing, advertising, or branding agencies.Background in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Multimedia.Strong network of creative professionals and industry connections.About Tattva CreationsFounded in 2010, Tattva Creations is a digital-first, integrated marketing agency providing consultancy and solutions to industry-leading brands and businesses.
