Key Responsibilities:Sales & Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales for Modern Trade in AP & Telangana. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage and grow business with national and regional modern trade accounts Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Sales Officers and Merchandisers. Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and guidance. Ensure adherence to beat plans and market coverage. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with category managers and store managers of key MT accounts. Negotiate visibility, promotions, and joint business plans. Execute trade marketing plans effectively. Operational Excellence: Ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf visibility. Manage stock levels, timely replenishment, and order processing. Coordinate with distributors/SS for product availability and timely deliveries. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and market trends. Share insights with internal stakeholders to aid strategic planning. Reporting: Regularly update sales performance, stock status, and team activities. Submit accurate and timely MIS reports.Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 yearsof experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods. Experience in handling modern trade accounts and managing teams.
