- Field Force Capability Development - Chennai - 5-7 years' experience - Graduate - Must have experience in Sales & Training function from FMCG industry having led and mentored the team.Key responsibility Areas: -• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.• Design training curricula within time and budget constraints.• Conduct Online/Classroom training program/OJT.• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.• Prepare the Annual training calendar.• Monitor sales objectives and results of the assigned teams for the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.Desired Skills:-• Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.• Experience in a sales position is a plus.• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.Sales professionals with experience of imparting sales training to their teams keen to switch to a career in sales training are also ideal.Knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam languages is necessary for this role .Candidates from FMCG industry only will be suitable for this role .Applicants with relevant experience can email their resumes to poornima.c@
