What do we need from your end?●Manage day-to-day relationships with advertisers (agencies and direct clients) and supply partners(publishers).● Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and optimization across programmatic platforms.●Handle onboarding and technical integration for new publishers (domestic & international) and demandpartners.●Monitor key performance metrics (eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, IVT) and implement optimization strategies.●Provide hands-on operational support including deal setup, tag QA, and issue troubleshooting.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, analytics) to improve partner performance and workflow efficiency.●Ensure compliance with industry standards (MRC, TAG, GDPR/CCPA) and maintain high inventory quality.● Analyze performance data and share actionable insights to drive revenue growth across supply and demand.● Support strategic initiatives like new partner acquisition, PMP creation, and product adoption.Requirements● Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, pixels, header bidding, and deal types (PMP, PG, open exchange).●Hands-on experience managing publishers (both domestic & international), including onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.●Experience working with advertisers and agencies, with knowledge of campaign management and client success best practices.● Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau).Location● Gurgaon, Haryana
