This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in order processing, merchandising coordination, and backend retail operations. The candidate will play a key role in managing inventory movement, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery and quality control of products.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end order processing – from order receipt to final dispatch.- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely fulfillment.- Maintain and update order tracking sheets, inventory records, and dispatch logs.- Serve as the point of contact for clients and retail partners regarding order status and delivery timelines.- Manage documentation including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists and trackings.- Ensuring dispatch records are accurate and reconciled.- Manage returns.- Support the team on backend tasks related to merchandising.Desired Skills & Competencies:- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/inventory systems- Excellent communication and coordination skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset- Familiarity with garment production, SKU management, and retail operationsEducational Qualification:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or a related field.Compensation:As per industry standardsHow to Apply:Send your CV and cover letter to creative@ with the subject line: Application for Fashion Merchandiser – Operations Role
