The head will be responsible for overhauling the brand’s (Trend Loud) + Client's strategy and how the consumers experience the brand across social channels. This role demands that the candidate is the right mix of strategy and sharp creative - staying at the frontlines of social trends is a must. He or She would be an expert in Social Media and would train the team on the latest products/tools in Social Media. The performance shall be evaluated with campaign conversions, engagement, monthly pitches, Award-winning Innovations.Primary KRA as follows,- Manage the complete social media marketing campaigns for Trend Loud + Trend Loud Clients:- Media, FMCG Brands, YouTube Channels and OTT Business - Lead the team on day-to-day activities to date individually and come out with a central thought to address the client's problem - Create, curate, and manage all published content - images, video and written for Internal & External Client requirements - Create an Audience Growth for Trend Loud & its Clients - Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads - Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions - Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts - Oversee the design, copy and work closely with a Team of Designers & copy writers - Expand the Home Grown Pages and show potential growth in the first 3 months, 6 months and 1 year - In the first three months of joining, to ensure all best practices are implemented within the team and within 6 months 100% of Client expectation to be met - Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns Manage efforts in building online reviews for clients - Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices - Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed in the quickest TAT - Should be able to create, compile and keep a tab on monthly, Fortnightly ReportsResponsibilities- Build Organic Growth to Trend Loud & Trend Loud Clients - Develop a Relevant Social media strategy for Media Clients, FMCG Brands, OTT Clients - Take ownership and lead the team, guide them in the right direction - Drive the team and develop the plan in the quickest TAT - Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients - Every Solution going out from Trend Loud should have a detailed Social Media Outreach ProgramMust Possess the following Skill Sets,- Should be a fan for Good Quality Entertainment Content - Thorough Understanding of Social Media Landscape Management Skills & Performance marketing - Hands-on Experience in managing communities and Winning New Pitches - Client feedback, Working on tight TATs - Should have experience in handling a Team - Be a successful Team Player - Create Lead Generation - Acceptance to Clients' Feedback - Experience with Crowd Tangle, Other Data Tracking Tools, Social Metric Tools, HootSuite, Radian6, Sprinklr - Fluency in Canva, GSlide, Excel, Word, PowerPoint with Strong Presentation Skills - Strong Verbal, Written and Organisation SkillsQualification- BMS/Master of Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Advertising - 7+ Years of Experience
