We serve agencies, , and SMBs looking to scale communication without losing the human touch.Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager at GETA, you’ll own the sales pipeline — from identifying high-potential leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape GTM strategy, build partnerships, and position GETA as the go-to automation tool for fast-growing teams.Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads across recruitment firms, digital agencies, SaaS businesses, and education providers. Understand client workflows and pitch GETA’s automation benefits with a consultative, ROI-driven approach. Run demos and webinars to showcase features like chatbot interviews, WhatsApp automation, email sequences, and CRM integrations. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to shape collateral, pricing, and onboarding journeys. Use CRM tools to track outreach, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts. Represent GETA in online communities, industry events, and partnerships to build brand visibility. Requirements: 2–5 years of B2B SaaS or automation platform sales experience (WhatsApp tools, CRM, HR tech, or martech is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing pitches and demos. Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
