This role will be instrumental in managing brand and supplier alliances, scaling our digital offerings, and driving both revenue and user engagement through the Rooter Shop platform.Key Responsibilities: Category Growth & Sales Strategize and execute initiatives to grow the digital content category across B2B and B2C segments. Identify and onboard new partners for digital gift cards, gaming currency, and subscription services. Drive category performance through innovative promotions, seasonal campaigns, and cross-functional collaborations. Partnerships & Alliances Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, and distribution partners. Negotiate deals and commission structures to optimize commercial outcomes. Collaborate with loyalty and corporate partners for exclusive reward integrations. Inventory & Vendor Management Monitor product availability and optimize inventory levels for all digital SKUs. Ensure seamless vendor onboarding, invoicing, and payout processes. Work closely with operations and finance teams to streamline backend workflows. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product visibility and sales on Rooter Shop. Coordinate with internal content, design, and digital teams to ensure compelling storytelling and performance-led promotions. Revenue & Analytics Analyze category sales performance, pricing trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Recommend product additions, delistings, or bundling opportunities based on data insights. Drive monthly/quarterly category targets in alignment with broader business goals. Market Intelligence Stay updated on market trends in digital gifting, gaming, loyalty programs, and content subscriptions. Benchmark Rooter Shop offerings against competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Candidate Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in category management, business development, partnerships, or digital content operations (preferably in gaming, e-commerce, loyalty, or fintech sectors). Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with an ability to influence stakeholders. Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage internal and external partners. Knowledge of digital content ecosystems, including gift cards, gaming products, loyalty rewards, and subscription models.
