Job Description

We’re looking for astrategic leaderwith a deep understanding ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O , excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to execute complex multi-country programs.Key Responsibilities:✅Program Leadership:Lead multiple concurrent projects, applying best practices to managescope, time, cost, quality, risk, and resources . ✅Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while integratingHRIS and Legal ReOrgprograms. ✅Project Oversight & Control:Ensure high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and budget adherence. Providequality assuranceover roll-outs and manage project dependencies. ✅Risk & Contingency Management:Proactively monitor and resolve risks and issues while ensuringalignment with OCS Group D365 standards . ✅Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement:Serve as the key contact for program sponsors, providingstrategic updatesto executive management. Foster strong senior-level relationships. ✅Partner & Vendor Management:Oversee implementation partners, negotiate scope changes, and establish best-practice methodologies. ✅Financial & Value Realization:Manage budgets, track financials, assess business impact, and maximize program success. ✅Travel Requirement:Ability toregularly travel across the APAC regionto collaborateon-sitewith local delivery teams inIndia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore , as well asAPAC leadership .Qualifications, Skills & Experience✅Experience:15+ years as aProgram Manager , leading complex initiatives in global environments. Certifications:Prince 2, Agile, Lean 6Sigma(essential) | Preferred:PMP, CPM, MPM Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O(critical for this role) Finance & Operations Transformation:Proven success in leadingFinance integration & transformation projects Change Management:Desirable experience in driving organizational change.
