- Position: Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer - Company name- 360 degree Digital - Vikhroli Central Mumbai location - Experience: 2-4 years - CTC: 6 LPA maxKey Responsibility:• Develop strong, innovative video concepts tailored to brand and campaign objectives, especially for social media platforms.• Lead and independently execute end-to-end video projects to meet brand communication goals across digital and social channels.• Demonstrate advanced animation capabilities, including motion graphics, visual effects, and basic 2D animation.• Design and produce custom graphics packages for various branded content formats.• Organize, review, catalogue, and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos.• Contribute creatively to pitch decks and client proposals by ideating video treatments and visual storytelling approaches.• Collaborate with creative teams to enhance video narratives and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.• Stay updated on global trends in video content creation and storytelling, with a focus on social media and digital engagement.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also managing projects independently.• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.• Openness to receiving and incorporating feedback, as well as giving constructive input to maintain creative quality standards.• Strong sense of visual rhythm, pacing, balance, and timing in video editing and animation.• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for storytelling through video.
