Role Description This is a full-timeon-siterole for aSenior Finance Managerlocated inLucknow . The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. Day to day responsibilities will be including but not limited to:·Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Good understanding of MIS reporting, Data analysis, Variance analysis, Budget, Forecast.Ability to create financial models (cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L, CAPM, payback, CBA, business valuation, equity analysis, Investor deck, forecast and various models)Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.Develop financial strategies that align with company goals, including cost optimization, margin improvement, and working capital management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, sales, marketing, and R&D for budgeting and financial planning.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.Implement and enhance internal controls, financial systems, and processes.Oversee inventory valuation and cost accounting processes, particularly for nutraceutical productionEvaluate and support investment decisions, new product launches, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.QualificationsAt least 7+ yearsof high-quality professional experience in Corporates/Startups is desired.
