Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic National Sales Head to lead and drive the General Trade business across India. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in the personal care sector and proven success in managing large sales teams and channel networks.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue and market share. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional and zonal sales managers. - Build and strengthen General Trade distribution networks across India. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. - Drive trade marketing initiatives and ensure brand visibility at the retail level. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for integrated execution. - Set sales targets and ensure achievement through efficient planning and execution. - Monitor ROI and performance of various regions and channels. - Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, stockists, and trade partners.Desired Candidate Profile:- 15–20 years of experience in sales, specifically in the FMCG/personal care/beauty/cosmetics industry. - In-depth knowledge of General Trade (GT) channel and rural/urban retail dynamics. - Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing national sales operations. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. - Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience : 15 - 20 YearsCTC up to 80 LPAIf interested, please share your updated CV atvivek.sharma@ or call/whatsapp at 9818283624farheen.khan@ or call/whatsapp at 9036310955thakur.lal@ or call/whatsapp at 9953023533
