Job Description

Location: Mumbai Vile Parle (HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE IS MUST), focusing on core HR functions:- Onboarding: - Prepare and collect all necessary documentation (offer letter, ID proofs, tax forms). - Send a welcome email with start date, reporting details, and contact person information. - Set up workstations, IT accounts, and access for new hires. - Organize orientation sessions, team introductions, and assign onboarding buddies for support. - Ensure completion of compliance training and policy acknowledgment. - Payroll: - Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all outlets. - Implement robust payroll systems with automated time and attendance tracking. - Ensure compliance with wage, overtime, and tip management regulations specific to hospitality. - Maintain clear payroll policies and communicate them to staff. - Compliance: - Stay updated with local labor laws and hospitality-specific regulations. - Ensure all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) are met for every outlet. - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for audits. - Conduct regular compliance training and refresher sessions for staff. - Hotel Recruitment: - Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all outlets. - Coordinate with outlet managers to understand manpower needs. - Use structured interview processes and maintain candidate records. - Ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding. - Other Key HR Operations: - Develop and update HR policies and SOPs for all outlets. - Address employee grievances and support positive workplace culture. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs. - Generate HR reports and MIS for management review.
