As seen on Shark Tank India - Beep is a next-gen community for college studentsResponsibilities:-Sales & Business Development- Own end-to-end B2B sales for Beep’s recruiter platform, closing startup, SME, and enterprise clients. - Develop and manage a pipeline of high-growth startups and companies hiring freshers. - Pitch, demo, and convert companies & corporates - Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets by executing multi-touchpoint sales strategies. - Forecast sales goals, analyze funnel data, and optimize conversion rates.Marketing & Growth Strategy- Execute recruiter acquisition marketing through LinkedIn Ads, Google PPC, and performance marketing. - Develop high-impact content & case studies showcasing Beep’s recruiter success stories. - Build and nurture a community of hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals. - Set up partnerships with ATS platforms (Zoho, Greenhouse, etc.) for seamless hiring integrations. - Plan and execute hiring webinars, recruiter networking events, and exclusive hiring fairs to bring in high-intent clients.Strategic Growth & Client Success- Build and manage a team of 5+ Sales & Account Managers to drive recruitment sales. - Ensure seamless recruiter onboarding, account management, and upsell strategies. - Optimize the B2B sales funnel from lead generation → onboarding → renewal & upsells. - Own recruiter retention & engagement, ensuring high usage and long-term partnerships.Qualifications & What You Bring- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, EdTech, or recruitment sales. - Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing high-value deals. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation. - A deep understanding of startup hiring trends, talent acquisition, and recruiter pain points.
