This role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in global business expansion within the apparel manufacturing sector.RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s global footprint. Identify and secure new business opportunities across various product categories and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders. Lead customer presentations, pricing negotiations, and deal closures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, merchandising, and marketing to ensure customer expectations are met. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive innovation and growth. Represent the company in international business meetings and trade events.PRE-REQUISITES : Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the apparel manufacturing industry. Proven experience in handlingcircular knit products . Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management across international markets. Must have experiencetraveling overseas for business development.
