The role will involve overseeing recruitment for our 10 branches in Chennai and other cities across India.Key Responsibilities: Lead realtor hiring & talent acquisition for Pan India (10 branches in Chennai and other cities). Develop recruitment strategies. Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning. Design job descriptions & employer branding strategies. Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring. (This is an individual contributor role.) Build relationships with real estate agencies & platforms. Track recruitment performance & optimize processes.Requirements: Master’s degree in HR or a related field. 8+ years of experience in recruitment (real estate industry preferred) Strong recruitment strategies and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
