The ideal candidate is proficient in Argus and Yardi, with a strong ability to interpret lease agreements and build dynamic models using data exports from these platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for commercial real estate assets.• UtilizeArgusandYardito extract, analyze, and report on property and portfolio performance.• Conduct detailed lease analysis and incorporate terms into cash flow and valuation models.• Support budgeting, planning, and variance analysis activities across the portfolio.• Collaborate with asset management teams to provide actionable insights for operational and investment strategies.• Assist in preparing materials for stakeholders, including performance summaries, scenario analyses, and investment memos.Requirements:• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on commercial real estate.• Strong working knowledge of Argus and Yardi, with experience handling data exports for modeling.• Proficiency in reading and interpreting lease agreements and applying them to financial models.• Advanced Excel skills, including scenario analysis and financial planning techniques.• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
