Description:We are seeking a dynamic, techno-commercially sound Business Development Head to drive strategic growth and sales for our steel coil processing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in steel processing (GP/CRCA) or leadership roles in Auto/Appliance manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and business development across targeted sectors (Auto, Consumer Appliances, etc.). - Deeply understand product, process, quality, and business models. - Conduct market mapping, segmentation, SWOT & competition analysis. - Build strong OEM customer relationships and understand their mindset. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations. - Lead strategic planning, opportunity identification, and market scanning. - Exhibit strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. - Take ownership and proactively resolve quality or service issues. - Manage nesting of products and prioritize operations effectively. - Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team. - Demonstrate strong accountability, foresight, and a street-smart mindset.Requirements- Min 10–15 years of relevant experience in Steel Coil Processing/Auto/Appliance Industry - Proven leadership in business development or plant/deputy plant/QC head roles - Strong understanding of product-tech, OEM needs, and market dynamics - Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills - Self-driven, results-oriented, and a ruthless prioritizer.Preferred Industry: Steel Coil Processing / Auto & Consumer ApplianceLocation: Sri CityCompany Profile:A leading steel solutions provider based in Goa with over two decades of experience, serving sectors like construction, infrastructure, and hospitality.
