Job Title: Transitions ManagerLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaExperience Required: 8–10 YearsIndustry: Recruitment / HR / Shared Services / KPO / ITESWork from office: 5 days a weekKey Responsibilities:- Lead and manage 3–4 large-scale transitions independently, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-go-live stabilization.- Partner with key stakeholders across operations, HR, and recruitment to design and implement efficient transition roadmaps.- Conduct As-Is process assessments and define To-Be processes aligned with industry best practices and business needs.- Oversee 2–3 recruitment-specific transitions, ensuring proper knowledge transfer, SLA alignment, and ramp-up plans.- Ensure complete documentation, compliance, and knowledge transfer during every phase of transition.- Monitor and report on transition health, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and change controls.- Design, track, and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.- Collaborate with recruitment teams to improve hiring processes and support talent strategy during transition.- Act as the single point of contact for transition-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.- Drive continuous improvement and post-transition stabilization efforts for long-term efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8–10 years of proven experience in managing transitions, with at least 3–4 large transitions handled independently.- Strong exposure to talent acquisition processes with experience in managing recruitment transitions.- Working knowledge of recruitment KPIs and metrics, and the ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and improvements.- Ability to design scalable, efficient, and tech-enabled recruitment or HR workflows.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.- Familiarity with ATS platforms, HRMS tools, or process automation solutions is a plus.- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
