Scope of the Role of Operation Executive - RevenueMonitor and adjust the strategy regularly Set up new hotel content including adding properties to OTA’s: room types, rate categories, descriptions, images, features, policies, and availability across all approved channels as applicable Update hotel content on all contracted channels as needed Keeping accurate client records and account notes Identify new revenue opportunities. Contact the hotels around all concerns of online distribution Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Optimize and expand distribution partnerships. Embed a revenue management culture.
