The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing top IT talent, managing vendor relationships, and leading full-cycle recruitment efforts with a focus onC2H hiring models .Key Responsibilities : - End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding. IT Recruitment Expertise : Identify and attract top IT professionals across various roles and levels. C2H Hiring:Build and manage pipelines for contract-to-hire positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines. Vendor Management:Collaborate with external staffing partners and vendors to enhance talent acquisition. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs. Talent Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative channels to source potential candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates. Market Trends:Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the IT industry. Qualifications : Proven experience in IT recruitment, including C2H hiring models. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in vendor management and collaboration. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
