We’re looking for aPerformance Marketing Assistant Managerwho can plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook/Instagram)andGoogle Adsto drive quality leads, boost visibility, and support conversions. You’ll work closely with the founder and content team to turn educational and engaging wellness content into high-performing ad funnels that deliver measurable ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning and Executive Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Build high-converting ad funnels for lead generation, retargeting, and sales Write or coordinate ad copy, creatives, and landing page hooks that align with brand tone A/B test visuals, CTAs, audiences, and formats to optimize cost per lead/conversion Analysis and Optimisation Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) Make real-time adjustments to budget, targeting, and creatives Create weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership Track lead quality and support CRM funnel insightsEligibility Criteria2–4 years experience inMeta and Google Ads management(health/wellness brand is a plus) Proven track record of managing budgets and optimizing paid ad campaigns Strong understanding of ad metrics, targeting strategies, and funnel building Knowledge of landing page design, lead magnets, and conversion best practices Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making Experience working with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager
