Role Purpose The Graphics Designer – Proposal Support will be responsible for crafting high-quality, visually aligned proposal presentations, infographics, marketing materials, and corporate documents to support MSXI’s global presales and bid teams. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution Architects, Legal, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure all customer-facing documentation reflects a professional, engaging, and brand-aligned visual identity.Role Scope Designing proposal responses (PPT, PDF, Word) in alignment with MSXI’s brand guidelines and global standards. Visualizing and formatting proposal content for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses in collaboration with Bid Managers and Sales Leads. Supporting storytelling through the creation of custom graphics, infographics, and visual content. Preparing customized, high-impact presentation decks for executive and client meetings. Designing brochures, case studies, corporate profiles, and capability materials for presales and marketing use. Applying design sensibility to convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual formats. Working with the Bid and Marketing teams to continuously update and maintain design templates, icon libraries, and brand assets. Supporting quick-turnaround design requests under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Understanding RFP/RFI briefs and translating technical/functional content into compelling design layouts. Assisting with internal communication and training material design as needed. Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in visual storytelling and proposal aesthetics. Maintaining a repository of standard design elements, proposal templates, and graphics. Coordinating with print and digital vendors when required for production-related needs.Person Specification – Graphics DesignerExperience 5+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role, preferably in a corporate or B2B/professional services setting. Prior experience designing business proposals, sales presentations, or corporate decks. Exposure to working in fast-paced bid or proposal environments with tight turnaround times. Hands-on experience in formatting documents using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs). Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing images and preparing visual mock-ups.Knowledge Strong understanding of corporate design principles and brand alignment. Awareness of B2B proposal processes and visual expectations in professional service proposals. Basic understanding of Automotive or Technology industry domains is a plus.Skills Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Microsoft Word formatting. Intermediate to good command of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator/InDesign is a bonus. Strong eye for detail, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to interpret complex text and transform it into clean, engaging visual formats. Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills. Open to learning new tools and adapting to evolving branding requirements.Attributes Creative and visually intuitive.
