We're looking for a data-driven Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing and trade initiatives across Quick Commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zomato, as well as support general trade & modern trade visibility.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, digitally native food brand that's disrupting the dessert space across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.What You’ll Do:- Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zomato- Manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and category growth- Work closely with platform account managers to unlock growth levers (promotions, visibility tools, data insights)- Analyze platform sales data and consumer behavior to fine-tune performance- Collaborate with the offline sales team to support general trade and modern trade activations and POS visibility✅What We’re Looking For:- Mandatory: Experience running Meta Ads with performance focus- Experience managing Q-commerce or e-commerce platforms (FMCG/D2C preferred)- Strong analytical mindset – ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies- Collaborative team player who can work across sales, marketing, and platforms- Prior experience with digital-first or consumer brands is a big plusIf you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and loves the challenge of driving visibility and sales across modern channels – this role is for you.
